At Theory Skate Shop, we want to ensure you are stoked with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unused and unassembled products in their original packaging. Please note that once a skateboard deck has been gripped or assembled, it is no longer eligible for return.

Return Process

  Verify Condition

  Ensure your items are in brand-new condition with all original tags and packaging intact; hardware must be unopened and decks must be free of grip tape.

• 2.
  Initiate Request

  Email our support team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and shipping instructions.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items to prevent damage during transit and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location using the provided return label.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our shop staff inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
